"Why did Grey come here? Is there something important?" Sabastian asked with interest, trying to discover why Grey entered their place.
"Is that such an important question to answer? Doesn't this include my desk, too?!" Grey answered with a cold face.
Grey sat beside Moon, then continued with a mysterious smile, "I came to give you some pointers about the next match. Want to hear it?"
"Huh, are you sure you're giving pointers to the opposing team, Grey?" Sabastian asked in a doubtful tone.
"Yes, of course. Now, you are in a different situation and no longer my enemy. But I will not easily let other men approach the person closest to me like Lily," Grey replied sharply.
Sebastian held back his fear of Grey. Sebastian realized that the hint was to keep his distance from Lily. Grey didn't seem to like Sebastian approaching Lily.
"Why is Grey so protective of Lily? Does Grey have any special feelings for Lily? Only Grey knows how he feels about Lily. Still, his actions and words show Grey has special feelings for Lily," Sabastian muttered.
"Oh, sorry, it looks like my group leader is calling me. Thank you for the conversation this time, Lily. See you at the match, Grey," said Sebastian, immediately leaving them.
"See you, Sabastian. Good luck in the next match!" Lily said while waving with a warm smile on her face.
Grey looked at Lily with jealousy, which was hard to hide, but he managed to hide his feelings with a fake smile. Grey immediately left them without a word, leaving Lily confused and wondering about Grey's true feelings for her.
"Hah, my God! What a protective man and as cold as an iceberg," said Lily in her heart, shaking her head.
"Lily, it seems Grey always pays attention to you, right? Is he jealous of your closeness to Sebastian?" Moon asked curiously.
Lily just shrugged, still confused by Grey's mixed feelings of concern and jealousy. Lily could only stroke her chest because Grey's complicated feelings were difficult to understand.
"Don't worry about Grey! Even if you say that, it won't be easy to predict with certainty. Grey is a cold and unpredictable man. His facial expression is flat, and it's often difficult to know what's really on his mind," said Lily in a wise tone. "Should we go back to the dorms? I'm tired, and it's almost late. Tomorrow is a great match, and everyone is looking forward to starting at nine in the morning."
"Okay, let's go back to the dormitory. Let's rest well so that tomorrow we can give our best in the match as spectators," said Moon in agreement.
Lily and I walked back to the dormitory with thoughts full of questions about Grey's feelings. Walking under the bright light of the Moon and stars, they pondered and tried to understand the complicated emotions in Grey's heart.
Slowly, from the eastern horizon, sunlight began to shine through the sky, replacing the light of the Moon and stars with warm morning light. Dew wets Undermoon. The leaves collect water droplets, creating a fresh and natural scene. The flowers in Undermoon are slowly starting to bloom and giving new enthusiasm to the people.
Lily and I were in the Undermoon Academy cafeteria. Queuing for breakfast as usual. This time, Lily invited me to sit in the place of someone in the chair first. Several other seats were empty. No one accompanied the young woman to breakfast this morning.
"Excuse me, can Moon and I sit here?" Lily asked the young woman.
"Yes, please. Good morning, Lily? How are you doing today?" answered the young woman with a friendly smile.
Lily and I started to place breakfast on the table, and they joined the young woman.
"Morning, Professor. Today, I will enthusiastically participate in the competition," answered Lily, who surprised me by what she said by calling this woman professor.
"It's been a long time since I saw you, Lily. I heard you were doing very well when I wasn't at Undermoon," the Professor praised Lily.
"I'm very happy to hear that, Professor. It's all thanks to your support and guidance as my mentor at Undermoon. Thank you for your attention," said Lily with sincere gratitude.
"I'm just trying to do my best for you, Lily. You've made great progress, and I'm proud to see you grow as a witch. Who is this girl?" said the Professor while pointing at me.
"This is my friend, Moon. I'm in charge here for a few days during the introduction period. She is a newcomer to Undermoon. "Because I haven't entered a new class yet and don't have a mentor, I hope I can help introduce her to the environment here," explained Lily.
"Good morning, Professor? My name is Moon Rosela. I just came here and haven't found my way home yet. I ask for your guidance," I said, introducing myself.
"Of course, Moon Rosela. I will be happy to help you familiarize yourself with the environment at Undermoon and provide guidance if needed. "Welcome to Undermoon, Moon Rosela," said the Professor.
"Moon, this is the Professor who, as I promised you, would meet the author of the famous book. Professor Aris Star," said Lily, introducing Professor Aria Star with pride.
Suddenly, I was surprised. I didn't expect the Professor in front of me to be Professor Aria Star, who had many books written in ancient letters that I was reading.
"I am very impressed with your work, Professor. You write very good books. I liked your book about the Curse of Darkness and time counting down. You wrote that there are many in every living human being. But the strange thing is that it can only be seen in Undermoon," I expressed my admiration for Professor Aria Star.
"I see. Have you read all the books I wrote?" asked Professor Aria Star with a face full of hope.
"I haven't read all your books, Professor, but I know some of your works. I admire your writing skills and how you describe the Curse of Darkness. But I have a few questions about your work, which uses ancient letters," I said politely.
"Sorry, Professor Aria Star. Moon didn't mean to be presumptuous. She just couldn't wait to get answers to the questions that came to mind," said Lily, trying to defend Moon.
"It's no problem, Lily. She's just like you before. You've also struggled hard to understand ancient letters that are difficult to understand. Alright, I have free time today. We can discuss whatever Moon wants to ask. If you want, we can go to the competition field to watch the match between students today together," replied Professor Aria Star with a warm smile.
I smiled happily with sparkling eyes, "Oh, thank goodness! Thank you very much, Professor. I am very happy with this opportunity. I can't wait to discuss your works and learn more about ancient letters."
Professor Aria Star smiled sweetly and nodded in agreement. We immediately finished breakfast. After finishing, we started following Professor Aria Star's steps towards the match field to watch together.
We arrived at the match field and sat in the bleachers. Professor Aria Star sat in the middle between me and Lily.
We came early, so only a few people were there. We can calmly enjoy the atmosphere before the match starts. We feel enthusiastic and ready to support our favourite team in this match and discuss the Curse of Darkness with Professor Aria Star.
"I'm happy today to be able to meet the Professor again. It's been a long time since I remember the last time we met," said Lily with a smile. Lily recalled her last meeting with Professor Aria Star.
"I'm also happy to meet you, Professor. I can't wait to ask you a few questions about the dark Curse," I said excitedly.
Professor Aria Star smiled and answered, "I am ready to answer all your questions. I am happy to discuss the Curse of Darkness with you and share my knowledge. By the way, Moon! Who taught you to read ancient letters?"
Shyly, nervously, and softly, I answered, "Actually, I've been learning since I was little. I don't know why Mom and Dad taught me things like that. I don't know why they gave me lessons different from those of other small children. Maybe they had planned the best thing for me. Then, over the years, I forgot what I learned when everything changed. I remembered what I learned, really. I just didn't know why I was learning those ancient letters. But as time passed, when I "Understood more deeply about the Curse of Darkness, I realized that I had learned to read ancient letters. I realized when I opened the book on the Curse of Darkness, the book you wrote, Professor Aria Star. I thought I also found something that forced me to relearn those ancient letters."
