On the third night,Wendy and I arrived at Lingyunxiao nightclub as promised.
It was still the same private room,but there were a lot fewer people.Uncle Biao was still sitting in the central position of the booth,and there were no women by his side.
Uncle Biao looked at me with a greasy and lecherous face.He pointed to the empty seat next to him and motioned for me to sit over.
I looked back at Wendy.He gave me a half-smile and nodded at me.There was a trace of worry in his eyes,but it quickly flashed away.
I mustered up my courage and sat beside Uncle Biao.I picked up the foreign liquor on the table and poured myself a full glass.
"Uncle Biao,I'll punish myself with a glass first.I was young and ignorant last time.I hope you don't mind!"After saying that,I drank it all in one gulp.Suddenly,a pungent and spicy feeling slowly spread from my mouth to my stomach and intestines.
I heard several cheers from Uncle Biao's lackeys beside me,and Uncle Biao also looked very satisfied.He casually put his arm around my shoulder.
I didn't refuse.Suppressing the nausea that was churning in my stomach,I poured myself another full glass.
"This second glass of wine,I'm apologizing to you on behalf of Wendy.I hope you'll forgive us and not hold it against us in the future!"I drank it all in one gulp again without any hesitation.
Uncle Biao smiled even more happily as he looked at me.He crossed his legs and seemed to be watching my next move with great interest.But just as I picked up the third glass of wine,Wendy stepped forward and snatched the glass from my hand,saying,"I'll drink this one!"
Before the glass touched his lips,Uncle Biao interrupted him unhappily and said,"You can drink it too,but you have to drink ten glasses!"
Uncle Biao looked at Wendy provocatively, wanting to see how he would choose.
I didn't give him a chance to make a choice.I snatched the glass from Wendy's hand and drank it all in one gulp.
"You're not even as good as a weak woman,you brat.You don't know how to show some tenderness to a woman,do you?You're hesitating just because of ten glasses of wine?"Uncle Biao mocked Wendy,and I saw his face turn red and then pale.
"You have nothing to do here anymore.You can leave!"Uncle Biao suddenly put away his smiling face and said to Wendy in a commanding tone.
Wendy stood there without moving.Uncle Biao frowned slightly,and several of his subordinates stood up immediately when they saw the situation.My heart skipped a beat.
"What?Weren't you beaten enough the other night?Are you itching for a beating again today and want to give us brothers some practice?"One of his subordinates sneered at him.
Wendy was about to say something,but I interrupted him.
"Just go!"I gritted my teeth and said softly to him,although I desperately hoped he would stay.
Wendy didn't say anything more.He gave a fierce glare at those lackeys who were relying on their master's power and then turned around and left.
He really left like that!
The last glimmer of hope I had was gone,and I instantly felt like a deflated balloon.Next,I could only let fate take its course.
As soon as Wendy left,Uncle Biao's drunken face leaned towards my neck.He mumbled,"What's so good about that bastard?Why would you sacrifice yourself for him and come to me?"
I was suddenly a little panicked and pleaded with a sobbing voice,"Uncle Biao,please spare us tonight.As long as you spare us,I'll do anything for you!"
