I was at a loss,pacing back and forth in the room like a headless fly.Suddenly,my phone lit up.My heart skipped a beat.Could it be Emily again?
I opened my phone.It was actually my college roommate group.Some of my mischievous friends had just learned that I almost married a woman in her forties and were laughing at me in the group.
Looking at this group,the stone in my heart finally found a place to land.
I know how to hack into computers.How could I forget about this?When I was in college,my roommates and I were all studying computer science.
We liked to hack into each other's computers for fun.Because of this,my computer basically crashed from time to time,and there were also many"oops-moments".
I immediately sent a message in the group:"Urgent help needed.There will be a generous reward after it's done."
A row of question marks appeared in the group.I immediately sent three 200-dollar red envelopes.My roommates immediately responded with three messages:"Thank you,Dad.Dad loves you.Dad is so generous."
After explaining the situation to them,the four of us started"coding like crazy".After one night,we finally hacked into Emily's phone and her computer and remotely deleted all the videos of me and the backups.
I sent messages to my uncle and Mark Johnson again.
"The handle has been resolved.Everything proceeds as planned."
When I woke up the next day,it was already afternoon.I opened my phone and found that many people had sent me messages.I ignored them.
The first thing I did was check the trending list.The number-one trending topic was:"Exposure!A forty-year-old woman pretends to be a twenty-six-year-old girl to defraud the bride price."
Mark Johnson was really reliable.It seemed that if Emily hadn't used his son to threaten him back then,she might have already been in prison.
Emily also realized that something was wrong.She had been sending me messages and making more than a dozen phone calls since noon.
Her tone changed from the calmness when she had the handle to the panic when she found the handle disappeared,and finally to the anger of being furious.Seeing this,I couldn't help but laugh out loud.
There was a sudden rush of knocking at the door.I didn't need to guess to know who it was.
I opened the door and looked at Emily with a teasing look.
"Should I call you a 26-year-old little sister or a 42-year-old aunt?"
Emily didn't lose her mind because of my mockery.Instead,she rushed over to hug me.Of course,I,who was on guard,wouldn't give her a chance.I dodged to the side,and she fell to the ground on her buttocks.

"Ethan Lewis,do you really think I only have your video?Guess why I took your money and didn't delete your contact information.As long as I want,all you men will have to be at my beck and call!"
After she finished speaking,she turned around and left.I realized something was wrong and took out my phone to open the trending list.
A bunch of"internet trolls"swarmed in.One after another,comments like"She didn't lie","I know her.She's a good girl"suppressed this matter.
I was a bit worried and sent a message to my uncle.
"She still has a lot of people's indecent videos.Can we succeed through legal means?"
My uncle advised me to be more open-minded.We had already done our best.Now Emily had too many handles,and those people were not willing to come out and testify.
It was very difficult to obtain evidence.Even if we called the police and it wouldn't help much.I tried to hack into her computer again,but found that I couldn't connect.
Presumably,after she discovered that I had hacked into her computer and deleted the video last time,she had unplugged the network cable.But I had lost so much money.Was it all going to be in vain?
