"I know she's crazy. I'm trying to avoid him but he keeps on bothering me."
"Don't worry you will figure it out. Let's go home." Bella said.
When we got downstairs, I remembered that I left my biology textbook in the hall where Stephen came to meet me.
"Please wait for me. I forgot my textbook in the hall." I hurry back inside the school.
"Okay don't take long," Bella said.
I was at the door step when I quickly noticed that Stephen was in the class.
"What could he be doing here?" I asked myself. I knew if I entered,
something was likely going to happen but I went in. I had to take my textbook.
"Finally! I have been waiting for you. I knew you would come to take your textbook. Where have you been?" He came towards me.
"It's none of your business. Give me my textbook." I stretched forth my hands, waiting for him to release my book.
He held my hands and pulled me to him.
"Stephen what are you doing?" I said breathing heavily.
His lips was getting closer to mine. He held me so tight so that I wouldn't leave him. I want him too but I just can't. He kisses me but I don't.
"Stephen stop it. You have a girlfriend. Please..." I plead.
"She's not." He pulled me more closer to him making me unable to resist him anymore. I locked my hands around his neck and kept on kissing him. As he attempted to pull my skirt down, I stop his hands
"What do you think you are doing?" I said looking furious. I didn't think he'd go extreme.
"I'm sorry. I got....."
"Stop! Don't worry. I shouldn't have come here." I rushed out of the class. I can't believe I fell for him again.
"Sharon wait!" He followed, trying to stop me.
"Leave me alone!" I shouted as I ran on the stairs. I lost focus as I ran and tumbled on the stairs.
"Sharon!!!" Stephen shouts in shock.
"Sharon!" His voice echoes.
I was so weak that I couldn't even move a muscle. All I could hear was Stephen's voice before I became unconscious.
"Sharon! Sharon! Don't do this to me please..." He carries me up and takes me downstairs in a rush. There were a lot of crowds. Helen and Bella were devastated. I was rushed to the hospital.
"I hope she would be alright," Stephen said, impatiently as the nurses were attending to me.
"Huh? What did you just say? Bella asked in anger." You did this to her! You're wicked!" She said, dragging his shirt in rage. He held her hands to stop her.
"You need to calm down."
Sharon's mom was heading towards us. Bella rushed to meet her.
"Bella, what happened to her? Tell me!"
"She tumbled on the stairs." She sobs.
"Oh my gosh! How is she? I want to see her now. I need to know how my baby is doing?" She rushes to the door where I was getting treatment.
"Ma, you can't enter now." The nurse tells her.
"But she's my daughter! I need to see her! She needs me! I need to see how she's doing. Please, I'm begging you." Sharon's mom pleads.
"Just be patient. You will see her soon." The nurse reassures.
"I'll try." She takes a sit, trying to calm her nerves.
The doctor comes out a few minutes later.
"Doctor, how is she?" Sharon's mum asked as they all gathered along with the school principal.
"Who are you to her?" He asked.
"She's my daughter."
"Well, she had bruises on her head. They are just minor but she has to be careful next time. She was really lucky. I will send a nurse to bring her crutches.
"Can we see her now?" Mrs. Kate asked him.
"Yes, why not? She would be awake any minute from now."
"Okay." Sharon's mum said as they all entered.
We sat down beside where Sharon was laying down.
"I'm sorry about what happened to her." Mrs. Kate said to Sharon's mum.
"No need to be sorry. The doctor at least said she's alright now and it's not even your fault. Look at my poor baby." She sobs.
"I'll be heading back to school now. Hope you don't mind. I was in a meeting."
"It's alright." Sharon's mum's phone rings. Sharon's sister, Carly had been worried from the moment she was called regarding the incident.
"Hello...Carly," she answers with a sober tone.
"How is she?" Carly asks anxiously.
"The doctor said she's okay but she hasn't woken up."
"I'm on my way. I want to see how she's doing."
"Don't worry."
"I'm coming now."
"Okay."
"You should go home." Sharon's mum tells everyone who was anxious to minutes ago to see Sharon as she comforts her
"Your parents might be worried." She adds.
I begin to open my eyes gently, groaning in pains.
"Ow!" I groaned as I felt my backache.
"My poor baby. Ooh! It's an alright baby. I'm here. I'm here." She repeats, trying to comfort me.
"Mum...I told you to stop calling me that." I try sitting up but I couldn't.
"Stop trying. You're too weak." My mom stops me.
I turned and saw my friends and annoying Stephen, looking so happy that I have woken up.
"How are you doing now?" Stephen said remorsefully.
"I'm okay." I tuck my hair to ear.
"You're not." My mom says.
Bella and Helen hugged me, relieved to see that I've regained consciousness.
"Why did you do this to yourself huh?" Helen asked.
"Maybe we should say who caused it." Bella snorts as she faced Stephen.
"I.....was..." I try talking but I was tired I guess.
"Stop talking, you're tired. My mom stops me again.
